Must use their paper, but they have a large selection and will be happy to accommodate special sheets and can bind in pages you print on your own (including velum, inserts, etc.)
It is best to bring a dummy printed and trimmed version of your book when you drop your files.
They do a great deal of work with Art Center students and are used to working with one-offs and artist books...

Thanks for the info. I just talked to them today. They said the turnaround time for a perfect bound book would be about 4-5 days, but a case bound book might take longer... maybe 6/7 days or more.
